Our '56 VW Bug Conversion
Our current build in progress is this 1956 VW Bug body on a custom built chassis with 110″ wheelbase. The powerplant came from a 2018 CanAm Turbo 1000. The powerplant retains all factory electronics. It’s riding on CA Tech aftermarket suspension components, including Front A Arms, Rear Trailing Arms, with Billet Link Rods. The interior is home to Bestop Seats and a Unique Custom Dash that houses the factory CanAm Gauge Cluster. With our custom built Aluminum Front Quarters and Fenders, this bug weighs in right around 2,000 LBS. Stay tuned for the completion and testing of this build!
